Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician – Commercial Building
Location: [2 Positions : One position in LAKEWAY and One position in NORTH AUSTIN ]

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general HVAC maintenance: troubleshoot RTUs, clean coils, replace filters, test thermostats.
Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance for commercial facilities.
Handle minor electrical repairs such as lighting and ballast replacements.
Assist with other facility repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in facility repair and maintenance, ideally in commercial settings. Commercial Buildings Verifiable references are required.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driving company vehicles to different buildings and for material pickups).
