What We’re Looking For:
▪️Someone who’s not afraid to get dirty. You’ll be designing, installing, and managing custom water feature builds from start to finish.
▪️A leader who can run a crew, manage projects, oversee maintenance, and inspire a team in the field—not from a desk, but right there beside them.
▪️A problem-solver who can think on their feet and communicate clearly with clients, crews, and subcontractors.
▪️A future partner. This role could grow into part-ownership and executive-level leadership when the current owners look to step back.
Required Experience:
▪️Landscape, hardscape, construction, or similar fieldwork experience
▪️Comfort with tools, equipment, and physical labor
▪️Bonus if you have basic plumbing and/or low-voltage electrical skills
▪️Clean driving record, legal transportation, truck preferred
