These are in addition to our wholesale bulk sales program for buying directly from the manufacturer at the guaranteed lowest price on the market. We have combined the buying volume of all our customers to negotiate terms on the following programs at pricing and terms based on the collective volume regardless of the volume you have (similar to a co-op without the commitments co-ops generally require).
1. Affiliate Program
We offer an affiliate program to give you an ongoing residual commission revenue stream for any sales or loans made from your network. Help them build their business faster with greater profits and build your passive income stream. Our residential loan product can be used for any home improvement, not just solar. Most programs pay 100% commissions upfront.
2. Residential loan program:
We have our own branded residential loan product offering terms similar to the major lenders like Sunlight, Goodleap, Mosaic, and Dividend. But with much better terms.

Dealer fees are 15.9% - 26.9% 5-25 year term. 4.99% to 10.99% interest rate options.
You don’t have to commit 100% of sales like some lenders. Use our loan when it works best for you.
The program is available for both sales and contractor organizations. We can do the installation for sales-only teams or for EPCs that sell outside their area, through our network of certified installers. Installation companies can sign up with us to get additional installation volume from our sales-only teams. This gives you the ability to sell in all 50 states.
All home improvements are allowed, No requirement for solar and no solar-to-adder ratios.
No limit on property type. For example, trailers are ok.
No title check or lien placed on the property.
No income verification on loans under $50K

You can use our lines of credit for materials or use our direct pay options for unlimited credit and the growth of your organization. All our finance programs are not based on your credit. The loan to the consumer is the qualification. So you can build your business at the pace you want without limitations on credit lines.
All sales or EPC companies qualify. Even startups.
We give a 3% rebate to the customer to help them with the payment until they can pay down the loan with their ITC.
Coming Soon No-qualifying lease. We own, install, operate, and maintain the system. No loan application, credit requirements, or restrictions on the type of property. We are rolling this out in Texas and then expanding to other states. 20 cents per watt commission.
3. Solar Equipment Program.
Highlights of the solar equipment program:
Custom solar equipment packaged based on your plans and delivered to your job site or warehouse for free.
We will beat any price you are currently paying. We can provide any brands you would like, but can save you up to 25% if you use the products we have in stock.
No limit to your credit line with no credit qualification from your company. We offer a direct pay program if you use the TAG loan with a guaranteed qualification. If you have other lenders you want to stick with, no problem. We are also setup with Goodleap and Sunlight and may be able to get setup with your other preferred lenders.
No charge for freight to your warehouse or job site. We can deliver to any location in all 50 states and provide installation if needed through our certified installer network. You can also join our network of installers to get additional installation work for your crews in your local areas.
