Job Description
As a Part Time New Home Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, customer interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities in our sales offices. You’ll assist in creating a welcoming and professional environment for customers while helping to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the New Home Sales Consultant(s).
Greet and assist prospective homebuyers in model homes and sales offices.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and follow-up activities.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, walkthroughs, and meetings with clients.
Assist in managing the sales process, including contracts, loan documents, and closing preparations.
Keep sales offices and model homes clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (preferred).
Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or administrative support is preferred.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work either Tuesdays and Wednesdays or Thursdays and Fridays, availability during weekends and some holidays, as these are key times for homebuyers.
You will be providing coverage for 2 days per week, and weekends or holidays as needed.
Must have reliable transportation.
This part time position will be in the new Flora community in Hutto.
Compensation
$12-15/hr DOE
