This is a salary position with benefits and insurance
Background check will be performed
Duties will include:
Handyman work outdoors (sprinkler system, outdoor lights, drainage, painting, gutters, etc)
Lawn Mowing, Landscape maintenance, blowing regularly, sweeping and keeping clean.
Vegetable Gardening (planting, weeding, cleanup, watering)
Brush removal/maintenance, small amounts of tree trimming.
Winterization.
Basic car maintenance, inspections.
Interior minor handyman work, light bulbs, minor electrical, painting
Hiring and selecting contractors or service people for major work.
Minor carpentry work and other projects as needed
