Air Duct Cleaning company seeking a receptionist/secretary. We are a fast paced, high-volume company seeking a receptionist to handle and manage the day-to-day tasks and necessities of the business.
Following Responsibilities Include:
Answering phone calls that come in between business hours 9am- 7pm
Responding to inquiries through our online platforms in a timely manner
Managing and delegating client appointments out to the technician team
Ordering supplies for the company and managing inventory
Bookkeeping
Administrative Assistant tasks to the Owner of the Company:
o Submitting Documents
o Interpreting Emails
o Building Estimates
o Client Leads and Follow-ups
o Managing other businesses if needed
Requirements:
Must be 21 years and older
Must live in Austin, TX or the surrounding areas
Must be able to READ and WRITE in a Professional Manner
Must have your own Personal Computer
Must have your own cell phone
Be available through business hours to answers, calls, messages, emails, and questions regarding Business throughout the day
This is not a remote position.
