Corporate Receptionist
W2 Contract 4 Months

The front desk receptionist must be enthusiastic and a quick learner. You will work in our fast-paced tech, culturally diverse and sales-driven office. You’ll be a proactive individual who will not only actively manage the daily running of the front desk, and incoming and outgoing deliveries. Your tasks and responsibilities will be varied (as detailed below), you’ll also be a keystone within the office and the go to person for staff, visitors, and porters.
Responsibilities:
-Enthusiastically welcome visitors (clients, candidates) inform the relevant people of their arrival.
-Management of badges and office entry – run the badging system for all new hires.
-Incoming and outgoing mail management.
-Quality control and manage vendors with the help of their manager for snacks, beverages, and office supplies from vendors.
-Daily building site walks to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are being met.
-Communicatees with onsite day porters.
-Partner with three building subtenants for front desk needs.
-Assisting with office Events. Communicate with extra porters on site, entering tickets for night porters to have furniture moved and placed back, receiving catering orders, and placing drinks, coolers, plates, and utensils out.
-Ability to work with and master building access hardware and badging systems.
-Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate email address for response.
-Additional facilities projects may be assigned, as needed by the Austin and global team.
Essential:
-Fluent in English both verbal and written.
-Strong and consistent multi-tasking skills.
-Ability to always observe confidentiality.
-Strong relationship building skills.
-Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
-Positive can-do attitude, willing to go above and beyond.
-Authorization to work in the US.
