We are a fast-growing design-build company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Office Manager to take ownership of our administrative operations. As our projects expand, efficient management of the office side of the business is essential — and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and support to our team.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for an experienced office professional, particularly someone with a background in construction, design-build, or trades — or someone motivated to grow into that space. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, financial coordination, scheduling, and internal organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative systems, filing, and documentation
Handle invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support project scheduling, material orders, and client/vendor coordination
Maintain communication between field teams and office operations
Improve internal processes and identify areas for efficiency
Qualifications:
Prior experience in office management or administrative support
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, and workflow tools
Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and general office software
Familiarity with the construction or design-build industry is a plus, but not required
Eagerness to learn and grow within the business
