Job Description
Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accountant
Pay: $70,000 per year
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00am
Essential Responsibilities, Required Education, and Experience:
Experience in accounting practices,
Accounts receivables
Accounts payable
Tax preparation
Job costing
Budgeting
Experience in the construction industry
Sage Software Experience Required
Excellent work ethic and time management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitask and switch focus quickly
Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office
Excellent 10-key and typing accuracy
Data entry
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
College Degree preferred – not required
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
