Lead Landscaper
Coordinates and participates in landscaping efforts for all South Austin area buildings; mowing/ lawn care tasks, blowing parking lots, trimming/ pruning/ weed whacking; planting/fertilizing/rye seeding, performs weed abatement; freeze preparation, pick up litter, garbage, and debris from assigned areas; repairs, and maintains irrigation systems for landscaped areas; and maintains and operates a variety of hand and power tools and equipment. Basic electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.

Pay: $22- 25/ hour dependent on experience

Monday to Friday 7a-3p, some Saturdays up to 4 hrs. overtime available/week
Experience & Skills:
High School diploma or GED required; Skill-based technical training is highly desired.
Landscape & managing experience highly desired.
Basic experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, maintenance work and knowledge of basic tools, etc. Uses equipment, including mowers, leaf blowers, and aerators.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stay on feet for extended periods of time and work outdoors for extended periods of time, physically able to complete the execution of duties.
Communicates effectively, English speaking/ Bilingual preferred.
Works well independently and with a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable Truck necessary
Preferred owns trailer
Authorized to work in the US
Ability to pass a background check.
