Duties Include:
Night cleaning operations
Coordinating with staff
Evaluating cleaning performance
Ensuring quality standards are met
Overseeing training plan
Scheduling Inventory management
Qualified Candidates must:
Experience in janitorial services or night cleaning operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in the use of technology
Ability to instruct and train teams utilizing our processes and cleaning techniques
Effective communication skills with staff (Bilingual preferred)
Knowledge of inventory management
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to adapt
Familiarity with the EOS Model
Availability for occasional weekend shifts
