We're looking for a female attendant to assist in caring for a 30 year old girl with cerebral palsy.
A little about her: she is wheelchair bound, verbal and even with a learning disability has earned a college degree. She is fun, active and has a literal and younger perspective of life. She loves Legos, arts and crafts, reading, swinging, swimming, and power soccer. She had a service dog and her most important relationship is with Jesus.
Qualities we're looking for in an ideal candidate would be integrity, consistency, predictability, patience, kindness, a self starter and fun. Physical qualities needed would be lifting/transferring her (100lbs), reliable transportation and phone, clean driving record, and dog friendly.
Brief job description, you'll be working overnights Saturday and Sunday(Saturdays from 5:30pm to around 10am, $265 per shift and Sundays from 6pm to Mondays at 7am($220/shift), with some possible Saturday days available($22/hour). In the evening cooking dinner, showering her, and enjoying the evening before bedtime. During the night, when necessary, you'll assist in turning/rotating her for comfort.You will have a bedroom and private bath to sleep.
