The Neural Cardiovascular Control Lab at the University of Texas is trying to better understand the blood pressure responses to handgrip exercise in Hispanic and Caucasian men and women.
We kindly request your participation in the study if:
· You are between the ages of 40 to 64 years.
· You are a Hispanic or Caucasian man or woman
· You do not smoke cigarettes.
· You do not have any history of heart disease.
The study will last 3 to 4 hours, and participants will receive monetary compensation, a complimentary advanced body composition analysis (DEXA) including body fat percentage and bone density, and an advanced blood pressure report.
Free parking will be provided to the participants.
