Full-time prep cook.
Applicants must be efficient to produce quality food. They will work closely with the manager. you will be responsible for preparing dishes during service. Portions of food items before cooking. Other duties include preparing sandwiches, crepe and quiche batter, plating, garnishing cooked items, and preparing appropriate garnishes. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen workstation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain proper food handling and safety procedures for all products in station.
Preparation, production, and plating of menu items.
Thorough recipe and procedure knowledge for all items produced from the station.
Prepping and stocking all needed products and supplies for the station
Maintaining and cleaning stations before, during, and after shifts together with dishwashing.
Minimum 5 years experience
Full time job 5 days including weekends, day shifts.
Hourly rate: $13 + tips (between $10 and12)
