We’re hiring a Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and love being part of a supportive crew, this is a great opportunity to grow your culinary career in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Pay: $16–$18 per hour + tip share
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
Assist with prep tasks like washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
Follow recipes and kitchen standards for both cooking and prep work
Keep your station and kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
Support opening and closing duties
Communicate clearly with team members and front-of-house staff
Uphold all food safety and health code requirements
Qualifications:
Line Cook: 2+ years of experience in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen
Prep Cook: 1+ year of kitchen or food prep experience preferred
Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen tools and techniques
Ability to follow prep lists, recipes, and plating instructions
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
Flexible availability (nights and weekends required)
Valid Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain one)
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
