Clementine is hiring Chef de Partie / Motivated Line Cook

Clementine, a neighborhood restaurant ISO a highly motivated line cook/ Chef de Partie to join our very well oiled and motivated team. Successful candidates will email resume. Position is a full time 40+ hour per week mostly PM job. Position requires a team player attitude, positivity, ability to receive feedback and a need for growth. Abilities to learn quickly, think on the fly, handle a sharp knife, read and follow a standardized recipe, work on a hot line are all requirements; stories about your last job, a shitty attitude and dull/broken knives are not needed or wanted. Applicants must be able lift 50#, stand on their feet for 8+ hours, be able to smile through stressful situations and communicate appropriately.
