Executive Sous Chef (Johnson City)
compensation: 50k plus percentage bonus of catering sales up to 5%

Do you want to work with a motivated professional team? We are looking for a seasoned sous chef to help take us to the next level. You and the culinary leadership team will collaborate on menus, catering as and overall strategic direction for the restaurant.
I am looking for someone that, has experience in fine dining experience also strong line cooking skills with a focus on wood fired steaks and seafood.
I offer a competitive compensation package that includes market base salary, performance bonuses, catering bonuses, etc
Open Tuesday to Saturday.
