Workflow Coordinator (OSA)

Description o Intakes work requests from the client including clarification of job instructions and negotiation of deadlines with the requester. Seeks alternate solutions to deadline requests as needed. o Prioritizes work requests across team and coordinates/balances multiple projects based on experience and following established guidelines especially when working with escalated deadlines or issues o Adheres to and monitors team members adherence to formatting standards utilizing generally accepted prooing marks and use of standard reference resources with an understanding of the client's business environment. o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite able to technically troubleshoot applicable software specific to the business/client o Acts as a leading definitive resource for all questions relating to document production prooing and quality assurance by the team o Communicates with manager and/or client on job or deadline issues in a timely and professional manner Requirements Will need to be someone who is very comfortable being client facing They are very much client facing Being able to communicate is key Having an idea of what hospitality is and being comfortable with it Repro, concierge and reception Must have welcoming disposition of them They have a new managing partner there They will be managing communication with client, secretaries, reception, repro, mail, certified letters possible conversion but next step would be a supervisory role, go to person for the office Some hospitality teams: lunches, events, etc. - this is a plus if they have experienceRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
