Below are the required skills for this role –- Lead role to manage operations support.
- Experience in production Instrumentation and Observability is desired.
- A candidate with SRE skills is needed.
- Experience in AWS - managing and maintaining Apps and Infra is desired.
- Experience in using AWS cloudwatch for monitoring and alerts are required skills.
- Experience in creating monitoring dashboards to monitor the health of services is preferable.
- Good communication required and be able to support business operations in production.
