Overview: NCC is experiencing growth in its sales organization and is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join its team. As a Recruiting Coordinator (RC), you will represent NCC as the candidate's first contact with the organization.This includes scheduling and conducting phone screens, sharing position details, and general information about NCC. The ideal candidate has previously worked within a TA environment, utilized an ATS, and managed the candidate workflow. This role will also set up qualified applicants with testing information and work closely with a TA Partner to ensure a smooth candidate journey. What You’ll Do:
Assists the TA team with a customized phone screening
Be the initial contact with applicants to determine qualifications and interest levels.
Represents and promotes the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
Writes and provides detailed phone screen synopsis.
Administers pre-employment testing to qualified candidates.
Schedules phone interviews utilizing Calendly and Microsoft Outlook.
What You’ll Have:
1+ years of experience as a Recruiter Coordinator
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to build relationships with candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
