.We are looking for a Project Manager who is a team play, a self-starter and doesn’t need to be told how to do things, but figures it out by investigation, asking or just making up the process themselves. Must provide documentation and have excellent organizations skills, as you will be tracking project progress in two daily stand-up meetings, following up with stakeholders, verifying and validating requests and creating a prioritization report. Knowledge of Trello, ServiceNow, and Scrum highly desired.Required Experience:
- 6+ years Project Management experience
- 3+ years in an Agile environment
- 3+ years in IT Project Management
- PM experience in the public sector (city, county, or state government)
- Manage requests coming from the ServiceNow related to AMANDA development, and keep up on daily requested tickets for bugs and enhancements in enterprise software,
- Under direction of the supervisor and the Division Manager, prioritize the tickets for the developers.
- Verifying the status on those tickets for bugs and enhancements,
- Perform Daily standing meeting with the developers to assign the tickets and verify the progress. Work closely with the BSA for requirement gathering.
- Report weekly status to the supervisor and the Division Manager and update the project priority as relates to the status
