Strategic Leadership: Direct and manage large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business needs and client expectations.
Comprehensive Planning: Develop full-scale project plans, including charters, scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project sponsors, team members, and stakeholders to communicate expectations and drive project success.
Resource Management: Negotiate with internal teams and external partners to acquire necessary resources and support.
Scope Management: M anage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
Budget Oversight: Ensure the achievement of budget goals while tracking high-level deliverables across projects.
Continuous Improvement: Close projects by gathering feedback, documenting lessons learned, and identifying best practices.
Skills and Experience:
Project Management Expertise: 5+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Agility: Thrive in environments that can be ambiguous with a passion for driving projects forward.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Smartsheet, experience with Jira and Lucid or similar process mapping software preferred.
Change Management: Experience in change management with certification preferred.
Collaborative Communication: Ability to communicate structured information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Apply analytical skills to evaluate complex situations, identify opportunities, and drive process enhancements.
Strategic Thinking: Understand trends and emerging challenges to focus project efforts effectively.
