The North America (NA) Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations Analyst will be a key member of the NA Value Added Solutions (VAS) commercialization, strategy and go-to-market team. This role will be responsible for analyzing sales performance metrics, developing strategies for sales targets and initiatives, coordinating the customization and development of necessary sales collateral, evaluating priorities based on performance, and making data-driven recommendations.This individual will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product, marketing, and operations functions. The successful candidate will be analytical, highly collaborative, team-oriented, and have a client centric mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across Visa.  This role reports to the VP, NA VAS GTM & Strategy and will also be accountable to various members of the NA VAS GTM team.Essential FunctionsSupport cross-functional sales and operations teams to validate sales readiness with respect to toolkits and collateral, client success, and product/service improvement opportunities.Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.Collaborate and coordinate with a range of internal stakeholders to develop data driven recommendations.Communicate recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise and impactful way.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of sales strategies, results, priorities.Work closely with the GTM team, cross-functional and regional management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical supportTroubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely manner Foster productive relationships at all levels within the team and across Visa Austin, TX office location onlyRole is not eligible for relocation or sponsorshipThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
