He or she must be a fast learner, have good understanding of product development lifecycle.Job Scope:Lead and manage multiple complex deliverables with many stakeholders, often with competing prioritiesProduct management and promotion including ready-to-launch and ready-to-sell activities at the global level and through collaboration with the regionsCreate use cases, customer stories, and product requirements to articulate desired features and functionalityUnderstand the requirements of operating as a payment facilitator and work with cross functional teams to ensure our processes address regulatory requirementsOutline new business requirements for the Product team to draft, collate, distribute, and deliver to the regionsMonitor day to day performance of our platforms, analyze trends, create, own the controls around network capabilities and lead initiatives that will improve customer experiencesSupport and at times lead our international market expansion initiativesEstablish mechanisms to measure results, listen for lessons learned, resolve obstacles, and keep leadership appraised of metrics and value brought by digital effortsPartner closely with UX, engineering, and business teams to design solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goalsManage post-release feature management measurement of adoption, performance, and the need for reiterations for release in collaboration with product marketing and client success teamLead product utilization research with clients and assess the processes clients are using to manage accounts / payments, gaps in functionality, and opportunities to enhance efficienciesThis is a hybrid position.
