Role OverviewSodexo is in search of a Director of Culinary & Product Specifications , to join our team.This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining food product specifications to ensure exceptional quality and consistency. This position serves as a bridge between culinary innovation and operational excellenceKey attributes for success in this role include strong culinary expertise, leadership abilities, a deep understanding of food science, and the ability to balance creativity with operational feasibility.This is a fully remote position; candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones .What You'll DoKey responsibilities include:
Collaborate with cross-functional culinary, ingredient teams departments on product specifications and rationalizations
Develop innovative, scalable product specifications that align with brand menus, recipes and business goals
Oversee established KPI associated with cost savings, SKU optimization and quality.
Lead recipe optimization efforts, responsible to all menus supporting culinary directors
