Accounting Specialist

Description Payroll: 70 FTE Employees, All unionized, they are in alignment Prevailing wages. Each worker is paid based on projectAP Processing: 200-300/mo; Only uniqueness is that they do a lot of Tax Exempt work so there is a lot of back and forth with Vendors for certain documents that they need to supply for the Tax Exemption.AR: 30-40/mo all Billing, Collections and Applications is handled by the PM teamMonth-end Support: No JE’s, Reconciliations- Bank Accounts, Vendor StatementsReporting: Unionized reporting(Straight forward, auto populated), Cost to Complete report (Budget vs Actual variance is handled by PM team/Tanya), Payroll Report sent to PM’s Monthly NEED Intermediate Excel: Heavy use of VLOOKUPS, Pivots are nice but there is only one they need to run. This person needs to know Basic formulas and functions (They have had people in the past who literally use a calculator and then manually key into excel, this is a pain point for her).
