Roadside Assistance Customer Service Agent
Pay: $16hr
Location: North Austin (in office)
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, text, chat, and email support for customers needing roadside assistance.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about roadside assistance and related queries
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Call center or dispatch experience is a plus.
Schedule:
24/7 so a flexible schedule is needed. Monthly shift bids based on performance.
