POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides good customer relations in support of service operations by resolving customer service issues, scheduling service appointments, and providing customer communication.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (schedule will be discussed during interview)

Must report daily to our office, this is not a work-from-home opportunity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DEPENDING ON LOCATION:

Receives incoming telephone calls from customers and enters customer data into the computer.

Responds to customers by answering service inquiries and providing residential and commercial service information.

Accepts and processes service orders and schedules appointments for service.

Notifies customers of estimated times of arrival and may dispatch technicians to appointments.

Expedites and coordinates with team members to resolve problems and customer issues.

Follows up on service orders and communicates customer needs to departmental personnel.

Forwards calls, as appropriate, to other members of the staff in other departments.

Communicates with technicians via radio to coordinate and arrange for services.

Performs record management by creating folders, filing, and updating information as needed.

Telephones customers to ensure satisfaction of the quality of services provided. Enters all customer remarks and concerns into the computer.

May send out mailers, surveys, thank you notes, gift certificates and other customer service correspondence.

Assists other departments as needed and performs other duties as required.

Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous experience in customer service is desired. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to use general office machines.
