Working Partner/Sales Manager for Established Roofing Company

Credentialed Texas-based roofing company seeks a Sales Manager/Working Partner to manage the sales and daily activities of the business in the Georgetown/Round Rock/Austin area. Owner is close to retirement and possible buyout of established name & brand. Candidate will be responsible for implementation & management of sales team. All contracts, subcontractors, crews, and personnel to be approved by owner in a working partner concept. Candidate must possess high energy level for this position. Owner will lend expertise and high-level knowledge base(35 yrs) to ensure success. This position shares 50/50 in the Net Profit. Serious Inquiries Only.
