Manager Patient and Family InsightsJob SummaryThe Manager Patient/Family Insights will manage Consumer Focus business performance analysts that use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest areas and methods of improving the Consumer Experience in support of clinical outcomes, safety, DEI and operations. Implements and oversees the analytical approaches and methodologies. Presents business insights and recommendations to management for decision making and planning. Identifies, researches and presents recommendations on complex healthcare analytical topics. Oversees and supports analytics for KPIs, and PI/Quality. Will develop relationships with business sponsors and stakeholders, understand the business drivers for analytics and information and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver solutions to meet business needs. Their work will support business decisions, and could span across all channels with a focus intersections of consumer experience, with clinical quality, hospital operations, supply chain, finance, regulatory, relationships with vendor contract , etc.Location- Arlington, TXJob DutiesManages Patient/Family Experience Insights team members. Prioritizes analytical requests across the enterprise and clearly communicates project prioritization and delivery dates to leadership. Validates analytical approaches and models utilized by team members. progress of the metrics and report results to leadership. Tracks portfolio management and reports to leadership. Works closely with the Data operation and BI teams to ensure compliance in dashboard and data workflow building.Leads the Consumer Focus KPI reporting process, Medical Practices alignment with SWHR reporting for Transparency, and the THR System reporting of complaint documentation in survey feedback, ensuring accurate actuals loaded into application monthly, validation of e methodologies, managing the monthly meeting, coordinating with medical practice, hospital channel, and THPG leadership for the timely and accurate reporting of monthly results.Responsible for direct communication with Protiviti in support of formal authentication of KPI reporting. Responsible for incorporating data governance practices into the analytic workflow. Ensures data governance processes are followed by the analytic team, and actively collaborate in the data catalogue. Active member in the Data Governance Operations team sharing knowledge and best practice for analytics. Acts as mentor to other analytical areas within the Texas Health. documenting and validation of business case assumptions, collaborating with initiative leaders to develop process and outcome metrics, developing process to measure.Research and stay abreast of business intelligence, analytics, data governance technology developments. Recommend new opportunities as aligned with THR’s strategic plan. Coordinates training and skills growth for analyst in their department. Responsible for talent development and succession planning within the department.Responsible for creating, leading, developing and retaining a highly effective and engaged team. Develops in yearly and quarterly goals in partnership with their leader.
