Provide leadership and guidance to the professional staff implementing targeted outreach and recruitment initiative for many types of future students. Will assist with High-Caliber Recruitment. This position will oversee & manage day-to-day operations; drive desired outcomes; ensure appropriate follow-up; maintain records & reporting related to recruitment, admissions, financial aid, scholarships, etc. Provide guidance and support for prospective students and families seeking to become part of the UTA family. Perform work in ways that contribute to the university’s successful achievement of enrollment goalsEssential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted outreach and recruitment initiatives leveraging the university’s footprint and resources to build an incoming class of freshmen and transfer students.

Actively participate and engage in outreach, recruitment, and community engagement programming that drive desired and measurable outcomes.

Be a community face for and represent all college/university partners.

Support high school staff and partnership with students and parents.

Market transfer opportunities to current High-Caliber students.

Plan, coordinate, and attend required programmatic events for students and parents at high school and college/university sites.

Work closely with the admissions leadership in the identification, development, and implementation of strategic outreach and recruitment initiatives designed to reach desired outcomes.

Communicate effectively with all pertinent stakeholders ensuring appropriate UTA branding.

Develop, maintain, and provide updates & reports in a timely manner.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with six (6) years of experience in higher education, community outreach, and/or recruitment working with first- and second-generation students representing diverse communities.

Preferred Qualifications
