Black Gold Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is on the lookout for a Parts Manager to oversee and direct the operation of the Black Gold Harley-Davidson Parts Department. At Black Gold Harley-Davidson we consider customer service our number one priority. Lead, train, and develop a parts sales team dedicated to providing exceptional support to the service department and dealership customers.

Utilize strong organizational skills to manage the inventory system, optimizing the efficiency and profitability of the department.

Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department to maximize and grow department revenue.

Meet or exceed performance standards for parts sales and gross margins.

Manage the parts and accessories inventory and ordering system to ensure a balanced inventory.

Maintain parts inventory, sales and gross margins by managing stocking levels and maximizing turns.

Maintain appropriate parts inventory levels as determined by the General Manager.

Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

Remain current on industry trends and facilitate timely purchase of accessory inventory.

Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the parts department.

Requirements

4+ years of experience with retail parts sales and inventory management.

Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of sales people.

Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.

Strong communication skills for interaction with employees and customers.

Goal and detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

Interest in and passion for power sports.

Knowledge of the servicing of and parts for motorcycles, ATV’s and watercraft preferred, but not required.
