They will partner with GTM, Sales, Services MU, and CSP to position and sell services offerings that help customers with the adoption and consumption of the CX portfolio. They will deliver successful projects aligning the right people to the right place, make decisions and de-escalate instance for delivery. They will build an engaged, productive team and facilitate career and skill development of the assigned consultants.Core Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and operational management to all employees on the team
Delivery responsibility for CX projects in assigned Market Unit
Support of Sales and Delivery Execution in creating customer proposals
Support Business Development
Knowledge Management / Harvesting from projects to build external/internal customer references
Management representative of SAP Services at the customer site regarding Service-Delivery requests in close coordination with Delivery Execution
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
Overall responsibility for the establishment of new delivery models and efficient sourcing (local, delivery centers, partners, etc.) to reflect the Practice Strategy
De-escalation instance with respect to resource escalations and schedule / quality problems
Overall responsibility for cost efficient, quality oriented and timely delivery of expertise and services in the Market Unit of responsibility
Financial Management Reporting based on Utilization, Forecast, and Budgeting
Communicate a clear vision of the future: discuss, explain, and actively promote the vision within own team, to peers and customers
Motivate through inspiration and mobilize teams: Create a comfortable working environment, establish an atmosphere for discussions, seek feedback and solicit opinions

Minimum Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have customer facing experience in both sales and delivery
Minimum of (8) years of experience in consulting or professional services
Ability to drive execution within area of responsibility and experience in aligning cross-topic objectives & approaches
Experience in strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex projects & programs
Solid knowledge of SAP solution and the professional service business
Experience in leading virtual teams cross-border
Experience in decision making within own area of responsibility / project
Intercultural experience and sensitivity
English language fluency
