Experienced Team lead / foreman residential remodeler to join our company with 8 current crews and growing. This is a 40 hr / week W-2 position. Must have 8+ years experience as a full time contractor. If you do not have at least 8 years experience doing residential remodeling full time year round do not apply.
Do you have skills to run the following projects:
Large additions - including all aspects from concrete, framing, roofing, trusses, window/door installs, siding, insulation, drywall hang AND finish, trim, prime / painting
Basement remodels - taking existing basements and creating complete finished living space
Whole home gut down to the studs and rebuild, including moving walls that includes load bearing walls.
Garage - Build from scratch
Garage remodels - Convert existing garage into living space
Be able to do all of this work to IRC code (with input from Project Manager) and pass inspections
Kitchen / Bath remodels
Supervise crews and their work from 2 - 5 workers daily on jobsite

This Team lead position pays $28 - $36 / hour guaranteed hourly W-2 pay with bonuses based on performance that can bring pay to over $40 / hour.
