Tri-Cities Remodeling Company is hiring experienced (10 years+ experience only) residential remodelers. We currently have 3 openings to join the largest residential remodeler in East Tennessee.
This opportunity includes:
Excellent pay ! $28 - $32 / hour base pay plus differentials and performance bonuses that can bring total pay to over $100,000 / year. Yes we will pay you that much if you can deliver first rate results on schedule. This is not an exaggeration. Come get paid what you're worth !
Time & a half for anything over 40 hours a week
Vacation / sick days Yes you'll get paid for vacation / sick days. First year you earn 6 days. After 2 years you get 10 days a year.
Paid holidays - We pay up to 8 hours for major holidays if we work them or not. If you work it, in effect you get double paid.
Company trucks - Our senior team leads get nice, low mileage, company trucks to drive.

We are looking for very experiences, professional tradesmen that can run a crew of 2-5 per job. Must be able to deliver results on time and without follow up work once the job is complete.

We'll provide you with the support to complete jobs in a professional manner. We are licensed general contractors with a $1,000,000 per job license. We have licensed electricians and plumbers that work for us full time, as W-2 employees.
Must be able to completely run job sites that include :
Kitchen and bath remodels
Flooring jobs
Interior and exterior paint jobs
Build decks, including Trex and covered / screened in decks
Convert basements to finished livable space
Build garages, attached and stand alone
Build additions from the ground up
