WestRock Maintenance Technician FULL-TIME $34/hr 302 Hartman Dr, Lebanon, TN 37087 Demonstrated abilities to perform maintenance and repairs of electrical and electronic components of manufacturing equipment and of facility systems up to 480 volts. Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and repair all electrical and electronics problems (relays, sensors, switches, actuators, motors, PLC’s, Drives, Machine/motion controls…. Etc.) Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and successfully resolve issues with Machine and Supporting Systems components. Successfully conduct PM’s on Electrical and Mechanical Systems (including hydraulic, pneumatic, gearboxes……etc.) Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical problems and makes repairs as needed. Performs basic welding, brazing, and cutting to fabricate items such as guardrails, brackets, and hangers. Effectively uses measuring, testing and diagnostics devices and tools (Oscilloscope, Circuit testers…etc.) Demonstrated abilities to Troubleshoot, Extend Power System for the facility with basic knowledge of Transformers, Switchgear, MCC…. etc. Maintains accurate maintenance records in the CMMS, Reads Electrical Prints and Single Line Drawings as well as Schematics. Working with and Troubleshooting Robotics is a PLUS Performs other job duties as assigned. Schedule - Shift start: 6:30PM - Shift length: 12 hours - Days: 12 hour 6:30pm- 6:30am; 3-3-4 rotation Benefits - Health insurance - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Willingness to work a 2-2-3 rotation giving you every other weekend off - Experience working in a manufacturing facility as a maintenance technician or reliability maintenance technician - Must have Vocational School, associate degree with 3 years experience in Manufacturing facility or High School Diploma and 5 Years of Proven Experience in the Maintenance field. - Experience troubleshooting electrical machinery in an industrial maintenance environment (relay logic, PLC, DC and Invertor Drives, VFD, 3-phase motors) - Demonstrated ability to always work Safely (on his own and with others) - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs About WestRock WestRock Company manufactures and sells paper and packaging solutions for the consumer and corrugated markets in North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
