Residential Painter (Individual Contractors)
We are looking to add Residential Painting Subcontractors to join our current Team
We are currently looking for self-motivated painters who we can trust to join our team as a subcontractor. The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience in commercial re-paints and new paints. You must be organized and detail-oriented, and have exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Reliable, Trustworthy and have all tools and equipment
Dependable and easy to work with
Open for feedback on projects to the betterment of the business.
Understands our pay structure and processes.
Determine and identify the right materials and quantities for new and existing projects
Apply paint using roller, brush, sprayer, or another applicator
Respond to service requests and emergencies
Follow all company health and safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
Great and appreciative attitude on a daily basis.
References from previous painting (interior/exterior), drywall, or any repair jobs
Experience with work environments with ladders, scaffolding, and industrial equipment
Pictures of previous work is mandatory.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Has reliable transportation
Open and/or flexible schedule for on the spot jobs
Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
