We’re expanding our services to Nashville and are currently seeking qualified, residential general contractors, handymen, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, septic, roofing, pool, cleaning, cabinet/countertop, and all other trade vendors for multiple, on-going renovation projects in the area!
If you meet the following vendor insurance requirements, we’d love to work with you!
OFFERPAD VENDOR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Certificate of Worker’s Compensation Insurance (with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence)
Certificate of General Liability Insurance (with limits not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for property damage, bodily injury and personal injury/death per
occurrence; $2,000,000 general aggregate).
