Blakley Construction, a Nashville-based Heavy Civil/Water/Wastewater Construction Company, is seeking qualified candidates to fill an immediate position as a Superintendent, 3-5 years of experience. We work exclusively in the Nashville / Middle Tennessee area.

Blakley’s most critical concern with this position is to hire someone that can develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, architects & engineers, between fellow employees, and with trusted subcontractors and vendors.
Superintendent duties include all functions related to coordination of the work, scheduling, budget management, quality control, and safety procedures. The Superintendent would oversee daily construction activities at a work site. Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials.
