Music Row Cleaning Co. is a family-owned, short-term rental cleaning company serving the Nashville area. (Turning Airbnb rentals, etc.) We specialize in detail-oriented, high-quality cleaning services that create a welcoming space for guests. We service rentals all over Nashville: 12th South, East, West, North, South, Germantown, Music Row, etc.
Who We’re Looking For:
We're currently looking to hire a responsible individual for cleaning short term rentals who can also inspect homes that have been cleaned by other members of our team. You must be reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, teachable, and a great communicator. Prior experience preferred, but we will train you! This role requires working independently while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor in our clients' homes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Carry linen bags (up to 25 lbs)
- Inspect homes that have been cleaned by others
- Report issues you find in homes (through an app on your smartphone) and correct mistakes
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and reach
- Comfortable going up and down stairs
- Capable of performing light to strenuous labor
The Perfect Candidate:
- Previous experience in short-term rental cleaning (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with different cleaning tools and equipment
