Etch Restaurant, opening soon in the Factory in Franklin, is accepting applications for servers! We are looking for experienced part and full-time servers to join our opening team! Current availability requirements include at least 2 lunch/brunch shifts and 2-4 dinner shifts (full availability preferred). If you have at least 2 years of serving experience in a fine-dining, high volume restaurant and are available for those shifts, keep reading!

We’re looking for folks that have a knack for delivering polished, professional service to each and every guest while building and maintaining our loyal customer base. You’ll be part of and contribute to our positive culture and mature working environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Must have Saturday and Sunday availability (brunch and dinner)
Great communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance
Minimum of 2 years recent serving experience in a fine-dining, fast paced restaurant
Organized and adept at multitasking
The ability and desire to be a part of a team
Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment

About Etch Franklin
Etch - Franklin is the second location of award-winning Chef Deb Paquette’s globally-inspired restaurant. The upscale eatery can seat nearly 200 guests in its dining room, bar area, private dining rooms, and outdoor patio. Lunch and dinner will be served Tuesday - Sunday, with a weekend brunch offered on Saturday and Sunday.
