Etch Restaurant, by Chef Deb Paquette, is hiring AM & PM Line Cooks for our new location opening soon at the Factory in Franklin. You must have at least two years line cook experience in a fine dining restaurant and the ability to perform complex recipes in a fast paced environment. AM availability must include Tuesday-Sunday between 8:30am-4pm, averaging 28-35 hours per week. PM availability must include Tuesday-Sunday between 2pm-11pm, averaging 35-38 hours per week. What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who can bring a positive attitude to the back of house team and ensure our kitchen operations run smoothly, food safety and sanitation standards are being upheld, and workspaces are kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
Prepare dishes and according to recipes with accuracy and consistency
Previous cooking experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Attention to detail
Strong knife skills
Ability to prioritize and follow direction
AM shift: availability between 9am-4pm Tuesday-Sunday (Closed Monday)

Etch - Franklin is the second location of award-winning Chef Deb Paquette’s globally-inspired restaurant. The upscale eatery can seat nearly 200 guests in its dining room, bar area, private dining rooms, and outdoor patio. Lunch and dinner will be served Tuesday - Sunday, with a weekend brunch offered on Saturday and Sunday.
