Job Title:
Elegy Coffee is hiring Baristas at all Elegy Coffee locations (East Nashville, Germantown and Downtown). Currently hiring 20-30 per week, weekend availability required. Full-time options may also be available sooner than later.
Pay:
Competitive hourly rates based on experience plus tips (and tip minimums). Paid weekly. Pay listed is base pay only. With tips, pay is between $20-$30/hr.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
