Title: Trainer and Site Support Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension) Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite) Required Skills System training delivery, virtual training delivery, in-person training delivery, site support Responsibilities The professional who assumes this role will deliver training for the Client's new system that will use to process applications for SNAP and TANF. You will watch demos and ask questions to understand and become an expert in the system's functionality and how your learners will use it. You will deliver virtual and in-person training over 4 weeks throughout the clients for each of the 3 go-lives. In between each of the system's go-lives, you will serve as front-line support to staff using the new system before transitioning back into your training role. We are looking for prior experience with SNAP and TANF and ideally experience with the client's Integrated Eligibility systems.
