Consulting & Technical ExpertiseFacilitate Process Hazard Analysis studies with knowledge of various methodologies (What-if, HAZOP, FMEA, Bowtie, Etc.)Participate and lead process safety audits.Ability to research design codes and standards for various processes.Develop and implement process safety management programs. Develop standard operating procedures for process safety systems.Develop and implement process safety training programs.Advise clients on regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA PSM, EPA RMP,) and best practices in industrial safety (CCPS, NFPA, API).Investigate incidents and provide root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.Client EngagementServe as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and actionable solutions.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and training materials tailored to client needs.Lead workshops and training sessions on safety topics, including process hazard analysis and occupational risk management.Project & Team LeadershipManage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions.Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and attract new business.Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and client presentations.Represent J.S.
