We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, address production issues, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.What you'll do

Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

Evaluating and maintaining Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

Mass importing/updating data (leads, contacts, accounts, etc.).

Maintaining and supporting the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales & Service Cloud).

Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate data entry cleansing.

Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.

Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

Preparing reports and dashboards for sales and other departments.

Providing production support to end users and resolving production issues

Supporting and participating in production releases (Configuration changes, testing, release communications, etc.)

Collaborating with various teams/departments to assist in prioritizing new requests (projects, enhancements, etc.)

You'll have

Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.

2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.

Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

Deep understanding of system integrations.

Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

Proficiency in understanding Salesforce profiles, role hierarchy, and managing access.

Knowledge of importing/updating data and generating Salesforce reports.

Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

Exceptional ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Even better, you may have

A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.

Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.

Basic familiarity with CRM Analytics and its’ capabilities.

Knowledge of Experience Cloud & Marketing Cloud.

Experience utilizing Copado for production deployments.
