Job title: Production Support Analyst-Incident Manager Location: Nashville, TN Duration: Long Term Required Skill& Experience:
- Minimum of 8 Years of Total Experience in Production support
- Should have at least 5+ Years of experience as Incident Manager in any of the financial domain.
- Should have experience in Handing Major Incidents as Incident manager
- Should have good hands-on experience as Problem Manager, change and Release manager.
- Should have strong understanding of ITIL process, preferably ITIL certification.
