We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.Summary:The HSQE Manager I - Quality is responsible for managing multiple projects and providing support and guidance to Quality Supervisors in the implementation of company Quality policies and procedures at the project level. Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures and may impact on procedural changes. This role supports and assists the Quality Supervisors in the preparation and update of the Construction Quality Plan (CQP), which includes the full Quality program and strategies including QA/QC processes, audits, QC inspections, NCRs, Continuous Improvement, and reporting project Quality status to Senior Quality Manager and Project Manager. The HSQE Manager I - Quality must possess a strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control applied in construction activities and strong technical knowledge of their assigned areas; Wind, Solar, Transmission and Distribution and Battery Energy Storage Systems.Requirements:

Manages multiple projects within a business line and provides oversight to Quality Supervisors to ensure that project Construction Quality Plan (CQP) is fully implemented, including:

Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

Project meetings, training, and processes required in the CQP

Document Control

Job Books and Table of Contents (TOC)

Review Standard Work Instructions

QC inspection forms and submittal process

Non-Conformances

Ensures that the Job Book process is implemented to deliver job books in multiple formats at time of milestone completion.

Assists the development, engineering, procurement, estimating, and pre-construction teams on tasks related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Assembles templates and outlines for Quality reports and inspections.

Attends kick off meetings and facilitates hand-off from development to construction.

Supports the Quality Supervisors’ implementation of Construction Quality Plan (CQP) and RES policies on jobsites.

Attends Site Specific Work Instruction Meetings, Benchmark Meetings and provides oversight as it relates to Quality processes and procedures.

Leads weekly Quality project calls and ensures that all actions are completed.

Audit sites as required for compliance and issue audit reports.

Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to Quality Supervisors.

Operates Company aligned vehicle for project site visits and business meetings.

Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.

Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.

Supports client audits on projects.

Participates in and/or leads Quality On-Boarding as requested.

Qualifications:

High school/GED required.

30semester hours of coursework, Auditing, or equivalent Renewable Energy Constructionexperience(equivalent is 3-5 years) preferred.

Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and possesses a solid working knowledge of the subject matter.

Domestic and International travel 31-50%

Valid Driver’s License required.

Anticipated base salary range: $99,000 - $116,000The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.RES offers benefits that are effective first day of employment. These benefits include the following:
