You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Financial Crimes Operations Manager manages a supervisor or a team of exempt associates. This position oversees associates performing a variety of operational activities within Financial Crimes Operations, including but not limited to monitoring, investigating, and resolving financial crimes-related alerts/claims for credit/debit cards, checks, online banking, and/or small business and iTreasury. This role is considered to have high risk and complexity in terms of procedural compliance and risk of potential losses for the bank. This role may also be responsible for complying with regulations that require in-depth subject matter knowledge including but not limited to Regulations CC, E, and Z.Primary Responsibilities

Ensures the delivery of Financial Crimes Operations services/products to internal and external customers

Ensures compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, and applicable laws

Monitors daily operations, including productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance

Develops and maintains written departmental policies and procedures

Manages an established budget and ensures production and quality standards are met

Provides coaching and career leadership development for supervisors and team leaders

Prepares reports and analyzes key metrics

Uses professional judgement in making sound financial decisions with the approval of senior management

Takes responsibility for developing and implementing long-term business plans to ensure continuity of business operations

Drives efficiencies and optimizes cost-savings by identifying and supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and by streamlining and/or eliminating duplicated processes

Develops partnerships with business leaders, facilitating collaboration, monitoring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Ensures that associates have the tools and resources to perform their work including the appropriate level of access to internal systems

Takes responsibility for efficient operations scheduling, optimizing workforce management and utilization of resources

Collaborates with senior management in handling high-priority and critical issues, communicating with internal and external parties as necessary

Assists senior management with team reviews and assessing gaps in technical skills and knowledge

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Nine (9) years of bank operations or related work experience

Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience

Preferences

Bachelor's degree

Fraud Operations experience

Demonstrated leadership capabilities

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC . Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$122,396.80 USDMedian:$171,140.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
