Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is looking for a remote Solutions Engineer with heavy travel. The Solutions Engineer role focuses on providing proficient applications to their clients by running trials on the machines and troubleshooting. They will be working with the sales teams at the mills and providing technical expertise to support account growth. This person will need to be a subject matter expert of water treatment for the IP Mills and be able to travel to any and all mills to offer support.They will be responsible for:
Running the whole trial on-site on the machines
Work with the sales team to develop solutions to improve the performance of the customer's process
Working with both the sales reps they have onsite and also the customers
